Non-profit institutions face an ever increasing array of challenges -- retention of members, diminishing endowments, compliance with regulatory statues and increasing costs of operations. Through these challenging times emerge two constants---the on-going need to keep the institution mission focused for all constituents and the ever increasing reliance on the critical role that volunteers play in the institution. BCA has proven experience working with membership associations, non-profit boards, departments of education, elementary through higher education.

Non profit Board development As experienced non-profit Board members and leaders, BCA principals have a successful track record working with boards on the strategic planning process and visioning statements. BCA's collaborative work approach has been successful on numerous occasions in developing non-profit volunteer members into successful mission driven non-profit Board members. Bar Association and Museum Software Evaluation When a bar association and a museum each were in need of assistance in selecting and evaluating software, each selected a principal of BCA to implement the process following a systematic thoughtful approach which reflected their unique organizational needs. Healthcare Information Systems When a regional hospital was in need of an Information Systems Department review and evaluation, a BCA principal was chosen to complete this project. This project included staffing, software, hardware and business requirements review and recommendation as well as serving as interim CIO. Proprietary Schools Administrative Software BCA provided the systems capability to track the administrative operations of twenty-five member schools covering admissions, grades and community services.
