As experienced non-profit Board members and leaders, BCA principals have a successful track record working with boards on the strategic planning process and visioning statements. BCA's collaborative work approach has been successful on numerous occasions in developing non-profit volunteer members into successful mission driven non-profit Board members.
When a bar association and a museum each were in need of assistance in selecting and evaluating software, each selected a principal of BCA to implement the process following a systematic thoughtful approach which reflected their unique organizational needs.
When a regional hospital was in need of an Information Systems Department review and evaluation, a BCA principal was chosen to complete this project. This project included staffing, software, hardware and business requirements review and recommendation as well as serving as interim CIO.
BCA provided the systems capability to track the administrative operations of twenty-five member schools covering admissions, grades and community services.
